After Sensonetics Nozzle Pressure Transducer and Repeater Valve TM:

10 kg Parts were molded within 3.0 grams with virgin virgin material.

10 kg parts were molded within 5.5 grams were molded without rejects, with a CPK = 6.4

Installation made October 1994, Original Transducer still installed.

This shows what can be done with an old machine to upgrade it into a precision molding machine at minimal conversion cost.
