Sensonetics has a full production facility in Huntington Beach, California where it currently manufactures all of its Pressure Transducers, Pressure Sensors and Transient Voltage Suppressors and Diodes. Included in this facility is a Silicon-on-Sapphire and silicon wafer fab foundry. All production is manufactured here, except machined packaging parts. Sensonetics has a machine shop for its research and development and specialty packaging needs. The production capacity at the existing plant is approximately 2000 transducers per month. The Company also has a close business association with its joint patent licensee, NMB of Japan. NMB is a three billion a year company. They have approximately 17,000 employees, in Thailand alone, in order to accommodate their vast production needs. This association allows Sensonetics to take advantage of their large production capacity. SOS Pressure transducers have been manufactured and marketed under the name Sensotron, a public corporation since 1985.  Sensonetics purchased the entire assets of Sensotron in 1998. Sensonetics is a privately owned company. Sensonetics has strong R&D objectives and welcomes hard-to-come-by and limited-availability transducers which have future large potential. Sensonetic's product lines include, Silicon-on-Sapphire Pressure and Temperature Transducers, Sensors, Optical Probes, Composition Probes, Viscosity Probes, Melt Index Sensors and Zener Surge Suppressors.
